Rob Wolkon maintains a diverse corporate and litigation practice, primarily representing private companies and individuals in a variety of business transactions and litigation matters. He counsels businesses and company executives on a broad range of legal issues, including contracts, regulatory compliance, employment matters, mergers, acquisitions, business succession planning and other transactional issues. He also represents many start-up and emerging companies. His litigation practice includes commercial disputes, general liability claims, employment matters, professional disciplinary and licensing proceedings, administrative law, and personal injury. He has over twenty years of experience litigating cases before Massachusetts state and federal trial and appellate courts, and administrative agencies. Rob has been named as a "Super Lawyer" for Massachusetts and New England by Boston Magazine for the past six years.

Rob currently serves as outside general counsel to a number of companies in the areas of manufacturing, software, technology, publishing, product distributorship, construction, retail, recreation, educational and non-profit corporations. He also maintains an active practice before the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers and Division of Professional Licensure representing attorneys and other licensed professionals in disciplinary proceedings.

Rob is a graduate of Hobart College (B.A., with Honors), and Temple University School of Law (J.D., 1987). He spent ten years with the law firm of Ferriter, Scobbo, Sikora, Singal, Caruso & Rodophele, P.C. before co-founding Wolkon & Pascucci, LLP in 1996. Rob is a member of the Massachusetts Bar, and is admitted in the Federal District Court of Massachusetts and the First Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.
